Summer Fruits

Since it's always summer here on the Rock, it is not something extraordinarily special (unless you're a student). Except, that it brings the widest variety of fruits at their cheapest: jackfruit, pineapples, melons and of course, mangoes! But of all the melons I have seen in my lifetime, I had never before come across this; and due to crowd fascination, I could only get one pound to try out, not the chance to ask the local name.

  1. Wow I have never seen this fruit before! Its like a yellow watermelon! I must find one!!
I love the summer fruits. Cherries, melons and pineapples really are what make summer fabulous!

And the "Oui" ring on my header is by Dior. It is my dream ring I would buy myself if I could afford it (it is something like $800 USD) I am trying to find a (much) cheaper version of it!! xx

  2. Believe me, the yellow watermelon was equally surprising to myself and the crowds. But when I tasted it, it tasted just like red watermelons. The fascination is only the colour.

Wooow,USD$800 is a lot for a ring, yikes! Do let me know if you find a cheaper version. Thanks, Belle.
